Bag and checkout questions
Does anything in my bag get reserved for me?
No. Stock is only committed when payment succeeds, so a bag left open overnight can lose a low-stock item such as a hand-loomed pattu overcoat, of which we hold three. The bag itself is stored in this browser and survives a reload, a closed tab and a restart, but it does not follow you to another device until you sign in.
How much is shipping and when does it become free?
Standard shipping is ₹79 anywhere in India and becomes free the moment your subtotal reaches ₹1,499, before any coupon is applied. Express delivery is a flat ₹199 into metro pin codes and is never free. Collecting from our Boulevard Road counter in Srinagar costs nothing, and the progress bar above the items tells you exactly how much more you need.
Is GST added on top of the prices I can see?
No. AimsCraft follows the Indian MRP convention, so the 5% GST is already inside every price on the site. The tax line in your order summary is extracting that amount for your records rather than adding it, which is why the total never rises when the tax row appears. A GST invoice with our GSTIN 01ABCDE1234F1Z5 is emailed with the dispatch confirmation.
Can I use two promo codes on the same order?
One code per order. Applying a second code replaces the first, and a code is dropped automatically if you remove items and fall back below its minimum spend, with a message in the summary explaining why. Codes apply to the product subtotal, never to the shipping charge, except FREESHIP which does the opposite and waives the courier fee only.
What happens when I move something to my wishlist?
The line leaves your bag and appears under “Saved for later” on this page and on the wishlist page, keeping its price history so you can see if it drops. Nothing is charged, nothing is held, and you can push it back into the bag with one tap. Wishlist items live in this browser, so clearing site data clears them too.
Which payment methods work at checkout?
UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and American Express cards, net banking, and cash on delivery on orders up to ₹20,000 with a ₹49 handling fee. International cards are accepted for shipments outside India. Payment runs on a PCI-DSS compliant gateway over TLS and AimsCraft never receives your card number.
If I change my mind, how long do I have to return an order?
Seven days from delivery, provided the piece is unworn and still carries its tags. Start it from the orders page or by writing to support@aimscraft.com, and we arrange a pickup in serviceable pin codes. Refunds land on the original payment method within five working days of the item reaching our Srinagar warehouse.
