    The courier collects cash or takes UPI at the door. The ₹49 handling fee is paid to them and is not added to the total below. Please keep exact change — delivery agents rarely carry any.

Is it safe to enter my card details on AimsCraft?
Card details are never stored on AimsCraft servers. The payment step runs over TLS 1.3 and the card number is tokenised by the PCI-DSS Level 1 gateway before it reaches us, so the order record holds only the network, the last four digits and the expiry. Refunds are issued back to that same token.
When will my order actually be dispatched from Srinagar?
Orders confirmed before 2 PM IST on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same evening. Anything later ships the next working day. Every piece is pressed, checked and folded on the day of dispatch rather than pre-packed, which is why the cut-off is firm. You get an AWB number by email and SMS the moment the parcel leaves.
Do I pay extra for cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery adds a ₹49 handling fee, collected by the courier at the door and not charged online. COD is available on orders up to ₹15,000 to serviceable PIN codes in India. Overcoats and hand-loomed wool above ₹15,000 and every international order must be prepaid, because those parcels are insured at declared value.
Can I use a coupon and a gift card on the same order?
Yes. One coupon code applies per order and reduces the item subtotal; a AimsCraft gift card is then applied against whatever remains, including shipping. If the gift card does not cover the full balance, the difference is charged to your chosen payment method. Coupons never stack with each other.
What happens if my payment fails after the money leaves my account?
The order is held for 60 minutes while the gateway reconciles. If the payment settles, the order confirms automatically and you get an email. If it does not, the bank auto-reverses the debit within three to five working days. Write to support@aimscraft.com with the UTR or reference number and we will chase the gateway for you.
Can I ship to a different address from the billing address?
Yes. Turn off the “Billing address is the same as shipping” switch in the shipping step and enter the billing address separately. This is the normal case for gifting, and you can add a handwritten gift message in the delivery step; the invoice is emailed to you rather than packed in the parcel.
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Until the parcel is handed to the courier you can change the address from the order page or by replying to the confirmation email. Once an AWB is generated, the address is locked by the courier and the only option is a redirection request, which BlueDart and Delhivery accept within the same city about half the time.
