AimsCraft has three physical locations: the flagship store and workroom on Boulevard Road at Dal Lake in Srinagar, the Winter Room in Gulmarg Market opposite Highlands Park, and a studio store at Ambawatta One in Mehrauli, New Delhi. All three are open to the public, all three take card and UPI, and none of them requires an appointment.

Studio store & gifting desk
A small studio in the Ambawatta One courtyard, built around the corporate gifting desk and fitting appointments. It is also the drop-off point for repairs and alterations.

Srinagar to Gulmarg is about 50 km, roughly an hour and a half by road. Srinagar airport is 14 km from the flagship, which is ground floor and step-free from the road.
An overcoat or a tweed jacket cut to your measurements starts with cloth options and a tape in person, and takes four to six weeks. Allow an hour at the Srinagar workroom, or book a fitting at Mehrauli by calling +91 11 4106 9922.
Anything you buy in a store can be dispatched to your address instead of carried, free above ₹1,499 in India and by DHL Express to 42 countries. Wool goes out boxed flat with the shoulders packed rather than folded into a bag.
No. All three are ordinary shops you can walk into during opening hours. The one thing worth booking is a fitting at Mehrauli. Call the store or use the contact form to reserve it.
Yes, one price list everywhere, including online coupon codes, which staff will apply at the counter. The exception runs the other way: made-to-measure work and single coat lengths of pattu, which we cannot list because there is one of each, exist only in the Srinagar workroom and are priced individually.
Yes, and free on anything bought from us. Bring the garment and wear the shoes you will wear with it, and the counter will tell you when it will be ready.
Srinagar has kerbside parking on Boulevard Road, busy in summer evenings. Ambawatta One has paid basement parking with lift access. The Srinagar and Delhi shop floors are single level and step-free from the entrance, and both washrooms are accessible. For access at the Gulmarg Winter Room, call the shop on +91 1954 254 528 before you travel.
Cash, UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and American Express at all three counters, in Indian rupees only. GST invoices with HSN codes are issued on the spot if you give a GSTIN. Foreign cards work but your bank may add a cross-border fee; UPI through an international-enabled app is usually cheaper.
Yes, at Srinagar and Mehrauli. Bring the item, the packaging and the order id, and the counter processes the return immediately rather than waiting for a courier pickup. Refunds go back to the original payment method within three working days. The Gulmarg Winter Room can exchange a size for you.
