AimsCraft dispatches most orders from Srinagar within 24 hours. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 working days across mainland India, 3 to 7 working days for the North East and the Andamans, and 7 to 12 working days for international orders. Every parcel leaves with a tracking number the same evening it is packed.

Shipping is free on every AimsCraft order over ₹1,499 within India, with no minimum item count and no handling fee added at the end. Below that threshold it is a flat ₹79. Express delivery costs ₹199 and is never free, and cash on delivery adds ₹49. Insured pieces such as the pattu overcoat and the hand-loomed tweed jacket always ship free, whatever the order value.

AimsCraft ships to 42 countries by DHL Express. Duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient at delivery and are not included in the price you see at checkout. Garments go out with a textile declaration and a fibre-content label at no charge. Australia and New Zealand inspect untreated animal fibre, so we email you before dispatch.

Every AimsCraft shipment gets an AWB tracking number sent by SMS and email, and the same number appears in your account under Orders. Tracking usually goes live six to eight hours after dispatch, once the courier scans the parcel into its network. If the number still shows nothing 24 hours after dispatch, write to support@aimscraft.com and we will chase the hub.

You can change an AimsCraft delivery address free of charge until the order is packed, which is normally within two hours of ordering. Open the order in your account and use Edit address, or message the team on WhatsApp at +91 90210 44880. Once an AWB has been generated the courier controls the parcel, and a redirect request can be refused.

Couriers attempt delivery three times on consecutive working days and leave a call or an SMS each time. After the third failed attempt the parcel returns to our Srinagar hub, and AimsCraft either refunds you in full or reships at your request, with no return fee deducted. You can also nominate a neighbour or an office address in the delivery notes at checkout.

AimsCraft delivers to roughly 24,000 Indian pin codes, which covers every district headquarters and most towns. Remote pin codes in Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh and the island territories are served but add two to four working days. The pin code checker on each product page shows the exact promise before you buy, and cash on delivery is unavailable in about 900 of those pin codes.

Every hand-loomed piece carries the weaver name, the village and the month the cloth came off the loom on its inside label. You can also check it yourself: held to a window, a pit-loom twill line wanders very slightly, because the loom is worked by a foot rather than a motor. Burn one thread pulled from the seam allowance and pure wool crumbles to ash, while a blend melts to a hard bead.

GSM is the weight of a square metre of finished cloth. It tells you how warm and how substantial a fabric is, not how good it is. Our combed cotton jersey is 200 GSM, the hand-loomed tweed 480 GSM and the handspun pattu 620 GSM. Above about 260 GSM on a shirt you are really buying a jacket, and below 160 GSM a tee will go transparent at the shoulder.

Yes, on both of them: the tweed jacket, woven in Anantnag, and the pattu overcoat, woven in Kupwara. Each carries the Handloom Mark alongside the weaver name, the village and the month the cloth came off the loom. The Gurez cardigan is knitted by hand, not woven, so the mark does not apply to it. Mill cloth does not carry it either, and we name the mill on the product page rather than burying it in a specification table.

No, and the two words get used to sell the same shawl-shaped thing. Pashmina is the undercoat of the Changthangi goat, 12 to 15 microns, and has to be hand-spun because it snaps under machine tension. Raffal is fine sheep wool, spun worsted and woven at the weight an overcoat needs to hold its shape. Raffal is not a cheap imitation of pashmina; it does a job pashmina cannot do.

Less than you would expect, because we shrink the cloth before cutting it rather than letting you do it afterwards. Cotton shirting is sanforised and moves under 2 per cent, about half a centimetre at the collar in the first wash and nothing after that. Jersey is compacted and loses under 3 per cent in body length. Wool is milled and decatised, and should not be washed at home at all.

Every piece is cut and stitched in our own Srinagar workroom, and every product page names the cloth, where it was woven and how the piece is built; a tweed jacket front, for instance, is half-canvassed with a hand pad-stitched horsehair chest piece and no fusible interlining. Where the cloth is mill-woven we say so and name the mill. Nothing here is bought in finished and relabelled.

Take the larger one on anything meant to close over a knit: overcoats, the tweed jacket, the quilted jacket and the field jacket. Take the smaller one on jersey, which relaxes about a centimetre in the chest after the first wash. Every size is labelled by finished chest or waist in inches rather than by a letter, and if it still lands wrong the first size exchange is free and we pay the courier.

AimsCraft accepts UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express, net banking from more than 50 banks, and cash on delivery up to ₹20,000. International customers can also pay by PayPal. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers, because the gateway returns a token instead, and card payments run through 3-D Secure on an encrypted connection.

No. AimsCraft follows the Indian MRP convention, so 5% GST is already inside every price on the site. The tax line in your order summary extracts that amount for your records instead of adding it, which is why the total never rises when the tax row appears. A GST invoice carrying GSTIN 01ABCDE1234F1Z5 is emailed with your dispatch confirmation.

Cash on delivery is available on Indian orders up to ₹20,000 and adds a ₹49 handling fee to the total. It is not offered on made-to-order pieces, on roughly 900 remote pin codes, or on any international order. The courier takes cash and, in most cities, UPI at the door. Paying in advance removes the ₹49 and moves dispatch forward by a few hours.

A failed payment that debits your account is an authorisation hold rather than a charge, and the bank releases it automatically: within 24 hours on UPI, three to five working days on cards, and up to seven on net banking. No order is created, so nothing is dispatched or reserved. If the hold survives seven working days, email support@aimscraft.com with the bank reference number.

One code applies per AimsCraft order. Entering a second code replaces the first, and a code is dropped automatically if you remove items and fall back below its minimum spend, with a line in the order summary explaining why. Codes apply to the product subtotal and never to the shipping charge, except FREESHIP, which does the opposite and waives the courier fee only.

Prices on AimsCraft are set in Indian rupees, and the currency switcher in the footer converts them to US dollars, euros, pounds or dirhams for display only. Your card is still charged in rupees, so your own bank applies its conversion rate and may add a foreign transaction fee of one to three percent. PayPal is offered on international orders as an alternative.

AimsCraft accepts returns within seven days of delivery on any unworn piece, unwashed, with the tags still attached and no perfume or make-up marks. A piece we have hemmed or taken in for you cannot come back, because it now fits one person; we re-alter it once instead. Made-to-measure work cannot be returned unless we made the mistake or the piece arrived damaged.

Open the order in your AimsCraft account, choose Return or exchange, pick a reason and confirm. We arrange a free reverse pickup in serviceable pin codes, normally within 48 hours; everywhere else we email a prepaid courier label. Keep the original outer packing if you still have it. Refunds are processed within three working days of the item reaching our Srinagar hub.

Once a returned item is checked in at Srinagar, AimsCraft releases the refund within three working days. It then lands in one to two working days on UPI, three to five on cards, and up to seven on net banking. Store credit is instant, never expires, and is worth five percent more than the same refund taken in cash.

Yes, within seven days of delivery, as long as the tags are attached and the piece is unworn. The first size exchange on an order is free and we pay the courier both ways. Exchanges are one for one on price: if the replacement costs more you pay the difference before dispatch, and if it costs less the balance goes back to your original payment method. Made-to-measure pieces are excluded.

Photograph the outer carton and the contents before unpacking any further, then send the images to support@aimscraft.com within 48 hours of delivery. AimsCraft replaces damaged and short-shipped items outright instead of asking you to return them first, and we do not require a damage report from the courier. Claims raised after 48 hours are assessed case by case.

Not as a return, because a hem cut to your inseam fits one person. What we do instead is alter it again: post it back to the Srinagar shop and we re-cut the length or let a seam out once, at no charge and with the courier on us. If we cut it to the wrong measurement in the first place we replace the piece outright.

No. AimsCraft supports guest checkout with only an email address and a phone number, and you still receive an order confirmation, tracking updates and a GST invoice. An account adds saved addresses, a wishlist that syncs across devices, one-tap reordering, full order history and wallet credit. You can create one afterwards with the same email and the order attaches itself.

OTP messages from AimsCraft normally arrive inside 60 seconds; the resend link unlocks after 30 seconds and you may request three codes in ten minutes. If nothing arrives, check that DND settings are not blocking transactional SMS, then switch to the email OTP option on the same screen. Hotel and airport wifi often delays SMS, and mobile data usually fixes it.

Every AimsCraft invoice is emailed with the dispatch confirmation and stored in your account under Orders, where each order carries a Download invoice link that produces a GST-compliant PDF with itemised HSN codes. Invoices stay available for eight years, the retention period Indian tax law requires. Guest orders can request a copy by replying to the confirmation email.

Your AimsCraft bag is stored in the browser you built it in, so it survives a reload, a closed tab and a restart, but it does not move to another device until you sign in. Sign in on both devices and the bag, wishlist and compare list merge automatically. Nothing in the bag is reserved: stock is only committed when payment succeeds.

Open Profile, scroll to the danger zone and choose Delete account, then confirm by typing your email address. AimsCraft erases your profile, addresses, wishlist and saved payment tokens within 30 days. Invoices and order records are kept for eight years because Indian tax law requires it, and they are unlinked from your identity as far as that law allows.

Yes. Enter your GSTIN in the billing step at checkout and AimsCraft issues the invoice with itemised HSN codes, so you can claim input credit. For bulk gifting we can raise a proforma invoice before payment for internal approval. Write to the gifting desk through the contact page and quote your company name, GSTIN and delivery deadline.

Yes. Gift boxes can carry a printed sleeve, a foil-blocked logo on the lid and a personalised card inside each box. The minimum order is 25 boxes, artwork is due ten working days before dispatch, and AimsCraft sends one physical sample first at cost. A boxed Gurez cardigan at ₹4,290 is the most frequently ordered starting point.

Yes, from 25 pieces per style, cut on our own blocks or to a pattern you supply, with 30-day credit terms from the third invoice onwards. We hold the cloth for a repeat order for two seasons so the second batch matches the first, and every piece is labelled with its cloth weight and fibre content for a procurement file. Yes. AimsCraft exports garments and hand-loomed cloth on FOB and CIF terms, with textile declarations and certificates of origin handled in Srinagar. The minimum commercial consignment is 20 pieces per style, or 40 metres of cloth off the loom. Air freight runs three to five days to the Gulf and five to eight days to Europe.
